Refund Policy

At IQ Skills University, we are committed to providing high-quality digital education. Because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer a restrictive refund policy to prevent abuse.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same course twice.
  • Technical Failure: If you are unable to access the course content due to a persistent technical issue on our end that we cannot resolve within 72 hours.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not issue refunds for the following:

  • If you have watched more than 10% of the course content.
  • If you have downloaded any course resources or templates.
  • If you changed your mind after the purchase.
  • If you do not have the necessary software or hardware requirements listed in the course description.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to refunds@iqskillsuniversity.com with your order details and the reason for the request. All requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

Note on Paystack Fees:

Please note that transaction fees charged by payment processors (like Paystack) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
